Surely the Thunder King is much more powerful than Garrosh? It seems weird he's last boss when the Thunder King soloed a Titan watcher, absorbed his power, and enslaved a large chunk of the world.
Even putting aside the fact that Garrosh was using the power of an Old God, it's not really worth it to try to compare relative power levels of raid bosses. The encounters happen in the order the story permits, and in this case it made more sense to take out Lei Shen before Garrosh.
Can you summon low level alts to Timeless Isle to have them open the one-time chests for extra gear tokens?
Nope, only 90s can open chests on the Timeless Isle.
When you go to SoO and you do the hourglass quest from the isle, is.... there supposed to be dialogue? I was on the first part, and I had no clue what was going on. There were no subtitles or anything.
Nope, it's just a vision. No sound.
Why is Lorewalker Cho in the Vale of Eternal Sorrows? Is he collecting material for their historical records? Does he have an idea of how to fix the Vale? Or is he just there to push buttons and stir up trouble?
I'm sure what happened to the Vale bears recording for posterity. Besides, Cho seems pretty comfortable around danger. I'm sure he'll be fine.
Is there a point to Valor this patch?
Upgrading your gear, buying Timeless Coins, and buying the odd piece from the Shado-Pan Offensive.
