Apple iPhone 5s

The seventh device in Apple's line of flagship smartphones, the iPhone 5s earns its high gdgt Score by improving on its predecessors in small, but important ways. Its design isn't a radical departure from last year's model, but a number of changes under the hood give it some serious horsepower, the potential of which has yet to be fully realized. With a new fingerprint sensor, an improved camera, the first 64-bit processor in a smartphone and the new M7 motion processor, the iPhone 5s is a phone that's built to be competitive. While it doesn't represent the huge leap many may have wanted, it stands proudly among the competition as our latest Must-have smartphone.

For the first time, Apple decided to discontinue last generation's iPhone, replacing it with something entirely new instead of just lowering the price of last year's model. In doing so, they introduced an array of new, playful colors and a shift away from their beloved aluminum. The iPhone 5c isn't Apple's first plastic phone (remember the 3G?), but it is the company's first unibody polycarbonate model. It has the exact same internals as the iPhone 5, with the exceptions of a slightly bigger battery and a higher-res front camera, but in an all-new body. It may not be loaded with all of the latest bells and whistles, but for what it does, it does it very well.

Perhaps unlike many of us, he found himself drawn to Microsoft's latest tablet offerings (despite a bad experience with the first-gen Surface Pro). Join us as we discuss KAsante's predicament and provide some insight on why he might be feeling the way he does.

Loewe Speaker 2go

With many companies going full-tilt into the wireless speaker category, Loewe offers up its latest creation. The Speaker 2go is a portable wireless speaker that can be easily thrown in a bag but doesn't compromise on style or sound fidelity. Although it isn't as cheap as some of its competitors, every extra dollar goes towards quality.
