This is the first of the game that requires a decent amount of concentration and teamwork. DPS must avoid doing enough damage to pull any ichors off the tank and must let he or she control the bombs as well. Periodically throughout the fight you'll be able to use the Improved Blasting Device to summon a bomb that will explode. The only thing that does any decent amount of damage to the Ichorous Ire is being within the bomb's blast radius. The ichor moves very slowly so it's easy for the tank and DPS to get out of the way before the bomb goes off.
Every time the bomb goes off it will split the ichor in two, so it goes from one to two, four, etc. Eventually the ichor will be small enough to take damage and your DPS (or even your healer) can take them out in a couple hits.
Gyges the Great is a reasonably straightforward fight. After knocking a hole in one side of the room Gyges himself will turn into a tank and spank boss. Your real challenge is killing his adds as they climb out of the freshly made wall hole and try to bash through the wall on the opposite side of the room.
Your tank should position Gyges between where the adds spawn and where they're trying to break down the wall. Your DPS should focus on the adds as soon as they spawn and burn them down before returning to Gyges. Just rinse and repeat this until he's dead.
