If you're running out of beasts to slay in Toukiden: The Age of Demons, this week brought new DLC missions featuring Soul Sacrifice's three-headed dog, Cerberus. Of course, you can't just go slaying monsters from other games without dressing the part, so the collaborative DLC includes a new set of armor inspired by gear found in Soul Sacrifice. If you're waiting on a price to scare you off, don't worry - both the missions and the armor are free to download.

The new content can be accessed using the Portal Stone and multiplayer lobbies, but the related press release warns that the missions are meant for "groups of great level and skill, with highly upgraded equipment." Considering the lack of a price tag, Toukiden players should probably take this chance to slash up Cerberus. Besides, we can't imagine that Toukiden's residents are much more fond of the triple-headed beast than any of the Oni you've already saved them from.

TOUKIDEN: THE AGE OF DEMONS MEETS SOUL SACRIFICE

IN NEW CROSSOVER MISSIONS FOR PLAYSTATION VITA

New Multiplayer Missions and Themed Armor Available Now

TECMO KOEI America announced that exciting new multiplayer missions and themed armor is now available for the crossover collaboration between critically acclaimed PlayStation® Vita tactical action title, TOUKIDEN: THE AGE OF DEMONS, and fan favorite action adventure game, SOUL SACRIFICE.

TOUKIDEN players can now test their skills in two new multiplayer missions featuring one of the most feared monsters in the SOUL SACRIFICE universe: the three-headed guardian Cerberus. These two missions, entitled "Hell's Guard Dog" and "Dogs of War," are accessed via the Portal Stone and multiplayer lobbies. Due to their difficulty they are only recommended for slayer groups of great level and skill, with highly upgraded equipment.

In addition, players can roam the battlefields dressed up in a new piece of armor as the Noble Raiment's from SOUL SACRIFICE, available now via the PlayStation® Store.

Both missions and the new armor are available now, free of charge through the PlayStation Store.

TOUKIDEN: THE AGE OF DEMONS casts players in the role of a Slayer: a skilled warrior charged with hunting monstrous Oni (demons) that threaten all of humanity. With a rich story exploring many eras of Japanese history, memorable characters, stunning visuals, complex combat system, and four-player support, TOUKIDEN: THE AGE OF DEMONS represents the most ambitious title to date from the team at Omega Force. TOUKIDEN: THE AGE OF DEMONS is set in a vibrant, fantasy infused representation of Japanese history spanning from the Asuka period to the final days of the Tokugawa shogunate. New Slayers will begin their journey on the frontlines of battle in the Utakata Village, build a party from a cast of memorable characters, and join the hunt for adventure with up to four friends via ad-hoc multiplayer. TOUKIDEN: THE AGE OF DEMONS has been rated "T" (TEEN) by the ESRB.
