Polygonal technicolor space shooter Futuridium EP Deluxe - think Star Fox at a dubstep rave - is zipping along to PS4 and Vita, complete with Cross-Buy support. That means if you buy one of the two PlayStation versions, you'll unlock the other at no further cost.

Futuridium EP Deluxe is centered around boosting your multiplier by blasting blue cubes and chaining enemy and cube KOs to rack up the bonus points. As with any good score chaser, developer MixedBag says players will need to master the game's nuances and their own reflexes to really speed up the leaderboards.

MixedBag previously said it was bringing Futuridium EP to Vita with chaotic-sounding additions like turbo zones and teleport portals, and today the Italian indie revealed a simultaneous release on PS4. The console version supports 1080p resolution at 60 frames per second, and MixedBag says it has "even more dazzling graphical effects" to trip out to. In addition to Cross-Buy support, leaderboards are shared between the two PS platforms.

There's no word on a release date beyond "soon, really soon," but in the interim you can check out the original Futuridium EP for free on Windows PC and Mac. An iOS version is also available, priced at $2.
