B if the power pad was that awesome DDR like pad that came with the olympics game, good times there, the zapper comes in second.

D the nes advantage is awesome. I still use mine. The light gun is definitely a close second.

A - personally its the zapper for me, I loved the advantage when I got it but that was only recently. I used a cheap 3rd party controller all the time and loved it, but I tried to limit this to first party peripherals. I only included the laserscope because its one of the most unique/silliest console accessories I own!

does anyone remember when freddy krueger is using the power glove to ice that kid in nightmare on elm street 6? I always loved that scene! He playing with a regular controller, killing the kid inside a video game. Then the kid starts to get the upper hand and Freddy pulls out the power glove, which has his signature blades of course! classic...

I really love these movies, except for the second one which had no relation to the other films and New Nightmare which was a little too artsy. The longer they went on, the funnier, less scary they got. Which is to say, the first one was kinda scary and not really funny and the "last one" (freddys dead: N.O.E.S 6) was hilarious!! It's almost worth it just for the power glove thing! :P

also Freddy vs. Jason is pure camp glory and made my kid dreams come true!

Yeah i really don't watch horror movies, not because they are scary, more so because i think they are boring, not all of them but a vast majority.

you are right and its really only the humor and Robert England (freddy) really selling it that makes these movies. I thought Quarantine was a fun scary movie, but thats me. It was the most realistic looking zombie movie I've ever seen, but I also don't mind these kind of "shaky cam" movies. I actually find them quite refreshing...

Well i doubt it counts as horror, but army of darkness, maybe its more sci fi horror like Event Horizon

I love event horizon and I remember enjoying army of darkness at the theater but I haven't seen it since. I've been wanting to see it again actually - I don't remember it being scary though, just really funny!

Yeah I am surprised you don't have it, that is one of the classics. Funny as hell and just plain bad.

I was going to say, for someone into the types of movies you are and not having army of darkness, it would have been as bad as me not saying i liked pulp fiction or better yet boondock saints.

oh man! I used to watch boondock all the time! Gonna need to watch it again now! and some more tarantino too! Inglorious Basterds got my Tarantino juices flowing in a good way!

NES Four Score + Super Spike.

Brought my nes to my dorm apartment for a week. nobody played 360/ps3 for that week.

I have this setup but haven't played it yet! Is super spike like the best? I love playing 4-player Nightmare On Elm Street as well. Its one of the few 4-player games and decently fun, at least when you're fighting with dream powers!

Anyone else know any good 4 player games to use with the Four Score? Or any cool peripherals I left off?

I can't believe that you left this out! This was a great controller too!

Anyway, I'd go with the Four Score. You can use the original control pad AND have turbo buttons, albeit that you can't adjust the shots like the Advantage, but still...

I always thought the Max looked sweet but I never used/owned one and it totally slipped my mind!
