Buggy wireless sync in iOS 5 Beta 2

I've gotten wireless syncing to work, more or less, after upgrading OSX to 10.6.8 and putting the new iTunes and iPad iOS 5 Beta 2 image on my iPad 2. However, when trying to sync a few files, the sync stops on my Mac, saying that the disk cannot be found.

I wonder if iOS is going to sleep (or putting the network stack to sleep) during wifi sync. What's weird is that the iPad still shows up in iTunes, as well.

Obviously, this is a beta, so I'm not too concerned. Just reporting my findings. Anybody else having issues with wireless sync in iOS 5 Beta 2?

Note that you need to be on at least iOS 5 Beta 2, not the first beta. That was the symptom that I had before upgrading to the latest beta.

If you're using Mac OS X, you'll also need to ensure you're running 10.6.8 -- there are some OS level hooks that are required for it to function as well. If you're on Windows, unfortunately I don't know what to tell you. Good luck!
