New to LTE? Post your speeds here! (Veteran LTE-ers welcome!)

As more and more people turn on their shiny iPhone 5s, I figured it might be fun for people to post their Speed Test results. I know it was one of the first things I did after setting mine up. If you're an LTE hipster (i.e. you've had an LTE phone for a while now) feel free to post your speeds as well!

To give your speeds some context, try posting your general location, phone type, and your carrier.

Here's my best so far:
  • Orlando, FL
  • iPhone 5
  • AT&T
P.S. To put an image in a post, just put a direct link to that image anywhere in the text box.

Is this a thread for you to show off your superior speeds? Anyways...

Wow, that's some crazy speeds for a cell signal. On the other hand, you may have more throughput than Cass, but at a much higher latency. So, for gaming, I'll take that lower latency over higher sustained throughput any day. Of course, I am assuming iPhone has some real-time online multiplayer games at this point - I don't know that for sure since I don't use iOS.

Yeah, I think AT&T has consistently higher latency than Verizon for some reason. I read something about that some time, but don't remember the reason. The only game that I can think of that would take advantage of the reduced latency is the Real Racing 3 title that was shown off at the iPhone 5 keynote. I'm not familiar with any other real-time multiplayer games.
