PSA: Free content around the holidays (iTunes, Google Play, BlackBerry App World)

This is just a post to let you all know that Google, Apple, and RIM are all giving away some great content to match the new devices you may be getting this holiday. You can of course get the content through either your device or PC for Android or iOS (in case of a future device) or only on-device for BlackBerry OS 7.1

Google Play- offering daily freebies. A few have passed already, but it is still early in the game. Today has an 811 page eBook about bar-tending with video tutorials! Book, ark it and check back every day.

iOS- 12 days of christmas. From December 26 to January 6th there will be new content. You can get the App for notifications when there is new content. If you install it right now you can get a Rod Stewart music video free right now

BB OS 7.1- This one is kind of cheating because it is offered only to customers running BlackBerry OS 7.1 in Canada. You can get $40 worth of apps for free until December 31

I am fortunate that I have devices that can take advantage of all this free content, and hopefully some of you can get some useful things too!

Is there an iTunes link for the US? The one in the original post is for the Canadian store.

Looks like it might be Canada and the UK only; guess the US doesn't believe in the 12 Days of Christmas enough for them anymore.

I am legitimately surprised that the US doesn't get it. I realize I linked the Canadian store but I assumed it would just redirect to the US one based on your geographic location.
