Today ends month three of my little project (month two for those who decided to join in after my first post). A shorter month, but that's no excuse not to try. How did I do?
First, for those just joining us, a little recap of the "rules," what little there are:
- Beat or finish one game a month. This means doing what it takes to complete the main story mode and prompt a credits scroll.
- Side-quests and post-credit content are not...
I've been playing a lot of BF4 lately and had an interesting realization. I sit entirely way too close to the television when I play games. I think my original justification for it is that I wear glasses, so I need to sit closer to see. Except I wear glasses when I play, so it makes that point moot.
Anyway, I sit about 3 to 5 feet away from the 32" TV that I use for gaming. I'm sure that it's not good for my eyes, but hey. How close do you find yourself sitting in...

I'm can't really say that I understand the internet's collective obsession with Flappy Bird, but this is pretty amusing. Someone created a Flappy Bird MMO, where you try to flap your way between strange pipes with hundreds of other players. The servers are getting a bit hammered at the moment, but check it out:
Flappy bird has been removed from all the app stores! the developer said that he don't want to sell it to anyone, and rumours of $50k daily revenue is false! Of course, it will never come to Windows Phone. But there is a clone version of it....
