What do you want from a potential Apple mobile payment service?

Apple rumors are a persistent plague, but they tend to surround hardware. A bigger iPhone? An iWatch? A new Apple TV? That's all well and good, but a new rumor is out tonight: Apple is supposedly building a mobile payments platform (www.engadget.com/2014/01/24/apple-is-reportedly-bu...).

Again, it's an Apple rumor, something very common these days, but I find the idea intriguing. NFC-based systems have been the major payment player the last few years. Most people seem to like it, but it does have its restrictions.

Assuming Apple bases this supposed-new platform on its iBeacon system (www.engadget.com/2013/12/06/apple-stores-ibeacon/), what would you like to see from an Apple-created NFC/mobile payment competitor? Is there anything you think Apple could do to effectively gain market share in a relatively crowded market? If you use another mobile payment system on a regular basis, or if you've tried, is there anything you'd like to see change or improved?
