Windows 7 + cooler "Front Row"?

I know this looks extremely simplistic, but from the video this just looks like a very cool touch interface (reminding me of Mac OS's "Front Row" app) on top of the traditional Win OS... I love the concept of having a standard OS for all kinds of devices (ie.: tablets, mobile phones, pcs), but it just doesn't look very practical when we talk about applying it to the traditional KVM setting.

I'd say it looks a lot more like Media Center or Zune than "Front Row" but then I have never actually seen that program in person.

Anyway, though I'm still not terribly wowed by the whole thing, it's probably too early to pass any real judgment on Windows 8 as we've seen so very little of it so far. The way I understand it it isn't really a touch interface on top of Win 7 so much as a touch shell alongside of it. Or maybe the traditional Aero interface is only available when running legacy programs?

Frankly, I don't really know what to make of this yet. BUILD(formerly PDC11) can't come soon enough.
