We met at the Lunar Festival area in Orgrimmar, near the flight path.
As you can see, many in the WoW Insider family of guilds have annual passes. But really, the Tyrael's Charger mount is pretty.
We had three helpers from The Insiders (max level guild) use Have Group, Will Travel in order to summon us to enemy cities for Elders of the Alliance. First stop was Darnassus. There were deaths, but Mass Resurrection is an awfully nice thing.
Many, many deaths in Ironforge. That one is just tough due to its location.
Happily, Stormwind's elder is sitting outside, mostly unprotected. So the final stop of our Elders of the Alliance tour was simple. Achievement spam!
The elder for Thunder Bluff and the story of Ezra.
We mage ported into the Undercity to get the final elder for Elders of the Horde.
It was tough to get a good screenshot inside the Throne Room. So here we are, gathered after our Elders of the Horde achievement.
We traveled to Moonglade in order to get the Elune's Blessing achievement, which involves defeating Omen.
On our way to victory! (and death)
The minions got a few of us, but the graveyard is one second away, so we were able to recover quickly.
You can't get the achievement until you turn in the quest.
Moonglade is pretty, though the constant green filter can be a little tiring.
Those of us with flight paths went on to get the Elders of Eastern Kingdoms. We began in Brill.
This is in a cave close to Mender's Stead.
The Scholomance isle has this elder on top of a maze-like building.
This elder is in the first tower on the road to Light's Hope Chapel.
Forced against the wall for this pic.
For the Horde, The Hiri'Watha Research Station is the closest flight path to this elder.
We were following our Overachiever Guide to the Lunar Festival and this was the next stop.
We flew into enemy territory to honor this elder.
I got too close to the overzealous dwarven guards, but happily I was rezed and able to honor this elder.
Look at the kittee.
This Tauren is hanging around at Flame Crest.
Another Elder located in Burning Steppes
If you are careful, you can avoid the guards easily for this elder. Flight does make this easier, however, just like everything else.
I guess the human guard was ... [removes sunglasses] blinded by the light. Yeeeeeeeeeaaaaaah!
In the area formerly known as Stranglethorn Vale, we respected this elder.
This elder is right outside of the Horde Flightpath. Practically no movement is necessary, once leaving the taxi.
We finished our achievement at the Dark Portal in the Blasted Lands. We are now the proud owners? wearers? bearers? achievers? of the Elders of the Eastern Kingdoms.
