Gather your supplies. Feel free to use any scrapbooking paper, colors, etc.
Remove the frame backing and glass.
Flip the frame upside down and draw an outline of it on the back of your scrapbook paper.
Using a paper cutter, cut the paper along the outside lines. Leave the inside square and cut with an Xacto knife. It helps to stack the papers together rather than cut them separately.
Paint your picture frame using whatever color you like. You don't need to paint the front, but be sure to paint all remaining areas. You will probably need two coats.
Paint your wooden sheep white. You will need several coats of paint.
When your sheep is finished drying, lightly sketch the face and ears onto the shape with a pencil.
Paint the face, ears and feet dark gray. Paint a black dot on the face with a tiny white dot in the center for the eye. Accent the edges of the sheep with black lines and dots.
Cover your letters with several coats of paint.
When your letters are dry, paint over them with soft glitter paint.
Using a toothpick, paint tiny white dots around the edges of your letters.
While your letters are drying, decide where you want to separate your papers and use the paper cutter to cut them into two pieces each. You will only need 1 part of each page.
Spread Mod Podge evenly over the front of the frame. Cover it with your papers.
Spread more Mod Podge over the front of the paper.
Sprinkle the paper with some fine crystal glitter while it's still wet.
Cut your ribbon to fit over the area where the papers meet, edge to edge. Glue it onto the paper with some craft glue.
Arrange your gems, sheep and letters on the frame. Begin gluing the pieces down with craft glue.
You're done! Allow your piece to dry completely before placing your photo in the frame.
