There’s plenty to like about the Capital. They deliver incredible sound for the money, and give you the feeling that your money is well spent. We also love the durability built into the design – they’ll take a bit of a beating without showing it, giving you one less delicate piece of electronics to worry about. However, we were really disappointed with the fit and overall comfort of the earpads. .... So, if you can deal with the poor fit for the sake of some stellar-sounding cans, the Aiaiai Capital might be worth a look. quote

They’re for blasting out tunes over irritating blowhards on urban transport, remaining unmoved and unbroken as that man reaching for the cross rail elbows you in the head for a third time, and looking good as they do. For that, they’re nigh on perfect.

They offer a well designed exterior, solid construction, and a thumping bass that many will enjoy. But there are also some design choices that we find difficult to ignore - the highly uncomfortable earpads, the near impossible to use remote, and certain areas of questionable quality.

The Capital may not be a well balanced pair of on-ear headphones, but at the same time we really think they have great sound for what you're paying. Granted Aiaiai does some things we frown on, though for the most part they get it right and amaze with headphones the stand out from all the rest.

Aiaiai Capital headphones sound more than capable in this price range. Their forgiving nature and warm bass even makes them a fun listen. But if I have to put up with the comfort issues I’m having (especially wearing glasses), I would want stellar audio to help me deal.
