There's no doubt the BlackBerry Bold will win over the corporate crowd with its business focus and sharp looks; we just wish its Web browser were better.

For those of us hooked to keyboards and cannot deal with a touch screen phone, look no further. A Blackberry Bold is all you need. The keyboard is excellent because the phone is slightly wider than the curve, so not only do you get a slightly wider area to click away, you also get a screen that...

My company provided me with the Blackberry Bold so that I can remain in contact by phone and by email when travelling overseas. The Bold does what my company bought it to do and does it well. I still get iPhone envy, but I am generally content. The Bold's easy integration with my...

The BlackBerry Bold is a great device with only one disadvantage in its hardware: the trackball. Trackballs from other BlackBerry devices doesn't get as dirty as the ones in the BlackBerry Bold. I have now bought six new trackballs for backup in case the new one stops working too soon....

Love the Bold for work but in "fun" department is way behind the iPhone. Primarily in the browser criteria and app selection. It's cumbersome to navigate around (and yes I'm using all keyboard shortcuts there are, and yes I tried the Opera Mini) not only on the browser but any...

I can say that the gadget era is my generations. I'm an engineer in college, so its safe for me to say that I have a pretty good understanding of technology. I've grown up with them, and never known a time where gadgets didn't rule. So when I say this is the best phone I have ever...

Overall, this phone is a really good phone. It's powerful. It's fast. The screen is gorgeous, and the keyboard is simply top notch. I really enjoy the typing experience on the phone and how quickly it gets through all of its tasks. I LOVE push email (although I only use it for my...

As a college student and intern, RIM's BlackBerry Bold 9000 suits my needs perfectly. Upgrading from a Razr V3xx, with a brief stint with an iPhone, I could hardly be more impressed. *The screen is brilliant, although every once and a while video can lag a bit. *The sound on the Bold is...

Good: I can install any application I want to. No organization moderates what can and can't be installed, like the iPhone. Wi-fi makes this model stand out among the other Blackberry models. I download my podcasts straight to phone to listen to, bypassing iTunes on my PC and then...

+1 beautiful screen, high res and very readable in most lighting conditions. +1 Improved front end vs. older BlackBerry's +1 Good keyboard (a little tight though) -1 No silent mode switch (physical switch i.e. think Palm Treo) -1 Phone can not ring and vibrate at the same time, I've...

Looking back for BlackBerry Bold 9000 We've known that one company that standouts when it comes to Physical/Qwerty keyboards. The company that innovated the mobile typing but is it enough to keep up with the general market that want something new? But in May of 2008 RIM announced their most...

This is the work phone. Don't upgrade to OS 6 - it's terrible! The battery life is amazing though - wish I could go for a week on my android phone between charges.

Great for it's time, but outdated OS and virtually no apps. Worked well for me as a messaging device.
