It is one of the best releases of Ubuntu. It had some problems with keyboard layout comming from upstream at the release date, but updates made it solved and now it works fluently.

Ubuntu is a very nice operating system. It is customizable, though not as much as some other Linux distributions. It is also very flexible. It can handle a lot of different tasks, and perform well on them. This is the best version yet, and I can't wait for Trusty.
