At a very affordable price, the D-Link Wireless N Router DIR-615 makes a great entry-level Wireless-N router and would satisfy most situations where a wireless network is needed.

This router is priced right and hits all the routing high notes (gigabit ethernet aside), but it stumbles on performance and ease of use.

D-Link’s DIR-615 carries a $70 list price, but most of the retailers we checked were selling it for around $40 when we wrote this feature. At that price, this router is an absolute steal.

For only £50 D-Link's DIR-615 router looks particularly good value as it offers an above average set of features. Wireless N performance is as always well below the quoted speeds and you only get Fast Ethernet ports at this price but D-Link's web access controls are a cut above the rest.

When the router is functioning correctly, this router is pretty good. However, network issues killed this router for me. I've never had problems like this for any other router (2 Linksys routers prior & an Apple Airport router after)

I spent so much time on the phone with tech support. I've never spoke to tech support so much. These guys are very good at solving simple stuff. But I quickly outpaced capabilitiies of their Level 1 and 2 support. I identified bugs in their latest (3.10NA) F/W, which can't be...
