Is it a camera I enjoyed using? Yes, quite a bit. Would I buy it? Probably not, though that's due more to the highlight clipping than the white disc issue. Should you consider it? Definitely, but check out the competition carefully.

We could see a camera like this keeping us happy for the rest of the decade, by which point it will have proved itself very good value indeed.

Fujifilm has taken good image quality, a versatile zoom lens and squeezed it into a classic retro design. However its high price and inconsistent autofocus performance keep us from awarding it an Editors' Choice award.

A compact like no other: the X10’s retro style is met with excellent performance, an impressive viewfinder, a superb manual zoom lens and bags of on-body controls that make for ease of use.

This is a great camera. It take's great pictures, it has a great quality sound recording and it has hard materials with durability. On other hand, it has complex menus, slow start up and a reasonable battery life, we have to purchase a second one.

It's one of the best compact cameras I've ever used. Actually I wouldn't call it compact camera at all, because of full manual controls and manual dials. Its optical viewfinder - great for bright sunny days. I like how the camera operates (no dedicated on/off switch, you just turn the zoom on the...

The enthusiast compact market space has become very crowded of late. From the LX7, to the XZ-1, to the X10, there is no shortage of options for those looking for a do-it-all camera in a (comparatively) tiny package. Specs across these models tend to, naturally, fall close to one another. What...
