The Aorus X7 is a truly impressive gaming machine, with a truly impressive design. It's got some small issues, but if you really want high-end portable gaming in a chassis that's minimal and slim, Aorus has done the impossible and made it happen.

Sporting two GTX 765M GPUs in SLI packed into a thin 22.9mm / 0.9” thick chassis that weighs 2.9kg / 6.39 lbs. the AORUS is aiming to take a crack at the slim gaming notebook market. It’s a daring design, and performance of the two 765M GPUs looks to be quite good.

An enormous 17.3-inch matte display is driven by not one but two GeForce GTX 765M graphics chips, making this the first GTX SLI laptop this thin. The 1080p resolution feels almost inadequate by modern standards for pixel density, but it doesn't really degrade the gaming experience.

The aluminum body has room for all of the ports one can desire, the sides include two HDMI outputs, two USB 3.0 ports, one Ethernet port, and even a VGA port. Ports aren’t the only items living on the exterior of unit, the Aorus X7 also features two subwoofers and two tweeters.
