Detailed review
Let me say, I purchased the Vivid because I broke my Inspire. As I don't live in an LTE area I cannot comment on the speed difference. I liked the phone but the capacity of the battery it came with was far too small. I was able to purchase a larger 3rd party battery which improved things. The phone got really hot during calls which was the only phone I have ever had that issue with. It happened with the original battery and the new batteries. The battery was very easy to change but the battery cover would fall off if you dropped the phone. In fact, the battery cover came off when the phone was moving around in a bag once. Luckily for me whenever I dropped the phone it was on a carpeted floor and the cover just popped off. I just put the cover back on. There was no damage though. It is sturdy. This is the opposite of the Inspire where it was difficult to remove the cover. For some reason, over time, when I was using a calculator widget it felt like the touchscreen was becoming less and less responsive. It was strange as I never seemed to have that issue with any other feature.
