Inspired by a ThinkGeek April Fool's joke, the iCade is essentially a Bluetooth joystick for the iPad that, with its included cabinet and the Atari's Greatest Hits app, turns your tablet into a desktop replica of a classic arcade machine. While the iCade is far from a necessity (and isn't the only joystick designed for the iPad), it makes the iPad a less anachronistic way to play classic games like Missile Command, Asteroids and Pong.

Just received it today. Assembly is quick and easy. Pairing up the bluetooth was easy. The games play is great, close to what I remember from playing them in the arcade. If you do not abuse it it should last a long time. Thinking about getting a 2nd unit to leave at the family cottage as it is...
