The company’s latest model is called the Jawbone Era. It improves on previous Jawbone versions, and, yet again, stands as the best headset we’ve ever used.

If you’ve been eyeing the Jawbone family of products for a while, and you expect to conduct calls in environments with background noise, check out the Era.

It’s tough not to be impressed by the Jawbone ERA: the HD audio and effective noise-reduction technology take care of the core functionality, around which the solid build quality, innovative use of an accelerometer, and comfortable fit add up to an all-round winner.

This is the best Bluetooth headset I have tested. If you want the very best and price is no object, then this is the headset for you. That being said, if you want some of this cool technology, it can be had for less money with other headsets in the Jawbone line.

While we wouldn’t call it worthy of our A-level high recommendation because of some of its inconsistent performance ... Jawbone Era is certainly amongst the best Bluetooth headsets we’ve tested, and worthy of consideration if you’re willing to pay top dollar for style, sound, and features.

Great device. Works well. Noise reduction is excellent. Could be a bit more comfortable. Audio sometime breaks up when walking (I also have a Motorola S305 which doesn't exhibit the same behavior).

Range is far less than I expected with my Blackberry Bold 9700. Software updates seem buggy and I cannot find the right earbud to keep the headset on my jawbone.

Larger than the Jawbone Icon, but a near identical design, just a little longer. Sound is good and the voice control seems to be an improvement over the Icon. Comes with several options for ear pieces that are easy to switch out until you find the right fit.

Best on the market. I was lucky to get mine for only $45 on a deals website. Aliph makes fantastic products that look awesome and perform well. I also have a Jawbone 2, which I only use when this one is lost or dead. The Era is an improvement from earlier Jawbones in so many ways. The simple...

A very good product to have. You could try all other bluetooth headsets and find certain things missing with each of them. Even though Jawbone ERA is not a perfect headset, its very close to it in terms of features and stuffs. The capabilities such as touch (which is not touch really) aware...

FOR AUSTRALIANS CONSIDERING PURCHASING ANY JAWBONE PRODUCTS: Guys, for us living in Australia, and for those considering buying ANY Jawbone products, please think again! Jawbone are NOT able to ship replacement headsets to Australia. In fact, they can only mail defective replacement parts, for...

I like the size of the Jawbone ERA and the noise reduction seems to be one of the best out there. The fit in my ear either is too loose or with the larger plug causes discomfort after a while. The voice quality of the mic seems be really well (so says the folks on the other end). The battery...

I was absolutely in love with my BlueAnt until I upgraded to this. I love nearly everything about it and have used it for several hours every day for nearly a year now. This is what turned me on to the whole Jawbone brand and I have loved every piece of hardware I have ever purchased from them.

I have only one major issue with the ERA, the fit. The battery life is OK. My solution to the fit was an additional purchase of ear pieces from amazon.

upgraded to the Era from an Icon as I found myself using my headset more and more for media and other audio from my HTC. Not too sure it was worth it considering t was sold as 'HD' audio but there is a slight difference. The fit is as good as ever with even more ear buds now available
