I am looking to buy a loud Bluetooth speaker. We currently own an iHome iH24, which does not support Bluetooth streaming. I am looking for a price around or less than $50. Some models that I have researched include the Creative D80, Creative D100, Creative D200 and the Logitech Mini Boombox. The Jambox is too expensive. I know that the D200 outputs 18 watts, but I'm unsure how much wattage the iH24 has, so I can't really compare. Has anyone used the D200? How is it?
...or is it possible to use the cable to connect it to your phone and have the speaker and microphone work for calls?
i need a solution for someone who's especially technically challenged but loves the iPad. They listen to all sorts of stuff, but obviosly the iPad's speakers are insufficient. is this the one?
Planning to gift one of these to someone, is it possible to connect either of these to the TV when not being used for docking an iOS device.
Usually I have my Jambox sitting within about 10 feet of my iPhone but I've noticed that occasionally it drops its connection from the phone when I receive an iMessage or text. This doesn't always happen when I get a message but it only happens when I get a message AND the screen on my phone is off. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone have any suggestions of what might be happening/how I can stop this from happening?
I dunno about you, but everytime I try to put my Jambox into pairing mode to sync it with a device, it never seems to work.
Tell me if I am crazy, but you are just supposed to hold the power switch up for three seconds and then release right?
Does anyone else find themselves constantly trying to get the silly thing to pair with devices?
Like the Jawbone Jambox. When can we start adding these products? I know you don't want to get into speakers, but Bluetooth ones should be covered here.
