I love my Nokia N9 .. it's amazing device with very good OS .. but I also love Windows Phone, and when I saw Lumia 800 I thought about replacing it. Some friends told me not to do so, because it would be considered a downgrade .. so I'm confused .. what you guys think?
So the price on the Nokia N9 on Ebay seems to have dropped significantly since the last time I checked. I've been following it and Meego for awhile now and it looks very enticing. Opinion?
I had purchased Samsung N100 Netbook running Meego OS. I would like to access my Tata Photon plus (Huwaei Modem USB) to get detected as Modem and not as an external memory. I am new to Meego OS. I would like to get simple step by step process. Meego version is IMCA_0.12.05.27_01, Gnome terminal 2.30.2.
I got excited when I read about Nokia pushing an official firmware update to the N900 that will allow dual-boot between Maemo and MeeGo. Is the N8's chipset compatible with MeeGo? I'm in the market to buy a new phone (my iPhone 3G is being a real dog) and hardware-wise, the N8 is what I crave, but OS-wise, I'm thinking Symbian^3 would eventually piss me off. I'm thinking it will take all of my willpower to hold off until the fabled N9 arrives running MeeGo.
