At the end of the day, the Nyko Zoom got us off the couch and playing Kinect without making us rearrange our furniture, and let's be honest, that's all we really wanted anyway.

If you’re seriously suffering from cramped quarters, have a gaming setup that makes it easy to place your Kinect in front of your TV (and right at the edge of its platform) and you don’t mind the occasional hiccup, however, it may be money well spent.

The Zoom will reduce the amount of space needed to play and not affect gameplay in the process. How much room you save depends on the game, and how many players you have. At $30, it's totally worth a shot if you're cramped for space and itching to play with the Kinect.

It kinda sorta works, but at too high a cost in terms of control and calibration annoyance that it isn't really worth it. For the price, just $30 or less, though, you might give it a try if you are desperate.
