Panasonic's ST60 series is priced well below the company's flagship VT60 and ZT60 models, yet is, as TelevisionInfo.com puts it, "packed to the gills with value." The series, according to HD Guru, boasts "the best overall image of any HDTV we’ve ever reviewed," and "sets a benchmark for HDTV performance with excellent color, high quality signal processing/upconversion, deep inky blacks and detailed motion resolution." FlatPanelsHD also likes the ST60, and calls it "an amazing TV" and says that "Panasonic’s more expensive high-end TVs could very well have one of the toughest competitors in its own ranks with ST60." While some critics found the ST60's smart TV features lacking, that wasn't enough to detract from its picture quality and value. As HD Guru put it, "it's simply a steal."

The midlevel price and outstanding quality of the Panasonic TC-PST60 series make it our strongest TV recommendation ever.

Our advice is: Buy the ST60 for its grand picture presentation, and just leave it off the internet. VieraConnect is just going to slow you down, and potentially cause some input lag as well.

Apart from its revamped design and graphic interface, the Panasonic ST60 doesn't really improve on 2012's ST50. Still, it's a five-star TV and an excellent choice for home-cinema set-ups.

The icing on the cake of this HDTV’s performance is its remarkable value. While we do not consider price in our final rating, the TC-P65ST60 it is simply a steal.

For the most part the P42ST60 is another outstanding entry into Panasonic’s latest plasma TV canon. It perhaps falls victim a touch to the genius of its own more expensive Panasonic siblings, and its high input lag makes it a disappointing option for gamers.

Some issues remain ... but that does not change the fact that Panasonic ST60 is one of the best value-for-money TVs we have seen to date and even one of the top-performing TVs.

I really really enjoy this TV. Watching streaming video and TiVo shows is a joy. As you'd expect from plasma, motion blur is negligible and the image is crisp, natural and clear. My only niggles are how it handles sound. First, this new model has inexplicably taken away the ability to turn...

This is a TV you buy to get the absolute best picture quality for the price. The networking features are actually pretty robust and it sounds pretty darn good. (Personally I have it hooked up to a receiver)All around it is the best TV you can buy without breaking the bank. This is the wonderful...
