If you've ever toyed with prior Razer mice and came away impressed, you'll be even more so with the Mamba -- good luck keeping that credit card close to your posterior.

The Razer Mamba provides unmatched precision whether it's connected directly to your PC or set free in wireless mode. If Razer fixed a few design and features issues, we'd feel better about the price.

If you really want or really need the wireless, though, I’d say this is the best wireless mouse you can get, with the possible exception of the Logitech MX Revolution, but that’s a tough call.

Gaming-grade wireless is here (just in case you doubted it), and performance isn't the reason you should pick the Mamba over the X8. Mamba has better design, feels better (especially if you have smaller hands) and more functional software.

The combination of true wired performance, wireless convenience, superb styling, and amazing ergonomics make the Razer Mamba quite simply the best mouse we've ever tested and it will take something seriously special to beat it.

If you can spare the cash and you are as impressed by the Mamba's features and style as we were, this might be the mouse for you.

The cold war between Microsoft, Logitech, and Razer just heated up some more, the bar is raised a little higher—thanks in large part to Razer’s newest weapon: the Mamba.

We’d much rather have an awesome wired mouse than have the battery conk out during a heated TF2 match, when there’s nary a moment to connect the cord. As it is, the Mamba is a great wired mouse at a price that’s high, even for a wireless mouse.

If you're after a top-of-the-range mouse, go for one of those and do something worthwhile with the extra £70 you'd spend on the Mamba. It'll garner much better Karma…

The new Mamba offers a good shape and excellent performance with the highlight being Razer's new 4G sensor which gives us a phenomenal level of precision and a great lift-off experience.

It is a comfortable, well made, premium product with more features than you can shake a 1m-long braided USB cable with gold connectors at. That said, it's very hard to imagine who could justify buying it, especially when there are some great mice ... available for a lot less cash.

If you want the very best mouse money can buy then the Razer Mamba is undoubtedly the best mouse for you. If you want the best bang for buck then you need to look elsewhere.

Well, I've been using it for a couple days now, and I've had no issues, while trying to have them as well. This mouse is clean, and smooth running on my couch, chest, table and, of course, mouse pad. It works well with my games. There are 2 small things I noticed that were neat about...

By far the best mouse I've ever used. With the same form of the Deathadder and the addition of 1ms wireless nothing can beat this mouse. The only problem I've ever had is that the scroll wheel will squeak every now and then, but Razer said they would replace the mouse if i wanted to sent it in.

The form factor is great. Ergonomics could be a little better. I find the mouse easier to use while plugged in, because the battery has a short life-span. I've had this mouse for approximately 3 years.

Maybe there was something wrong with mine, but whenever i'd lift the mouse and place it somewhere on the mousepad, the mousepointer would "jump" on the screen, so totally unacceptable when playing. The second thing which was not as it should have been was the software it used up a steady 13% of...
