it looses the connection every day. i work as an it specialist. ports on the router are open. only with restarting the slingbox helps. internet connection is 10 mbit up and 100 mbit down. so thats not the problem. the setup says everything is working fine / excellent. but real experience about this product....waste of money or you have somebody sitting in front of the slingbox to restart it every day. support is not really there. tried to contact them serveral times, but get no answer. for watchin at home over wifi perfect. but when you are on a trip for more than one day. dont buy. having that product and this issues for one year now. bad there are no good alternatives!
