The Viewsonic TD2340 is an attractive touch-screen monitor featuring a gorgeous 23-inch IPS panel, 10-point touch technology, and a very flexible (albeit bulky) stand. It's more expensive than your typical 23-inch monitor though.

The Viewsonic TD2340 is an impressive and highly capable monitor, but our main concern is its price. At £440, we expect perfection, especially for such a small screen, but its average colour accuracy lets it down.
