It is a well-executed device for those who want heart rate information during their workouts—relatively small, comfortable, and extremely easy to use, with minimal maintenance requirements over time. As such, we strongly recommend it, particularly if you’re interested in using Wahoo’s app.

If you have a iPhone 4S or Motorola Razr, and want heart rate data from a heart rate strap that you don’t have to recharge every few runs – the Blue HR is where it’s at.

This works, it's easy to use, easy to adjust to your chest size. Just about the only issue with it is me - I fail to remember to wear it each time I'm out for a run. Always quick to connect with iOS apps I use it with on iPhone 5. Great stuff.
