There are 2.5 inch 500GB drives out for a while now. The next best things are 640 GB and 1TB 2.5 drives.

The original Archos was first portable media player to use OMAP 3430 with 600 Mhz Cortex A8 core. Since then many devices, iPhone, Samsung i8910 HD, etc has used it. Archos sets the trend again now, guess we know what next year's portable media player will be powered by.
