Jul 18th 2008 4:22PM Okay, pixelator, then explain why the PSP sold 337k units this month but there are no PSP games in the Top 10? Only two PSP games have hit NPD's top 10 (to my knowledge) and those were God of War: Chains of Olympus and Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core.
And it just so happens that those two were HUGE AAA titles for the PSP, and God Of War is the highest-rated game in the PSP library. So why didn't they stay in the top 10? Because a sh*tload of people pirated them, that's why.

I only attack things that the Big 3 do stupidly. For example, the launch and first year of PS3 were disastrous, I lashed out at them for removing BC, and I hate them for not doing anything interesting with Home.
Nintendo...well that press conference was punishment enough.
Microsoft does some things stupid also. Take for example Avatars, new Dashboard, RRoD handling, paying for Games for Windows Live when it should be free, etc.
While I do prefer Sony, I don't own a PS3 and I don't own any other next-gen systems. I have my PC, PSP, PS2, and I'm happy. I'm also give credit where credits due. Microsoft's idea with Achievements was absolutely brilliant and Sony basically ripped them off. So there.

Jul 17th 2008 5:18PM Also, Sony's support of the PSN obliterates most of Microsoft's work. Sony is cranking all of these out relatively quickly and most of them prove to be worth the customer's hard earned money. This is one area where Sony is absolutely dominating. Especially considering Nintendo just released that eating game or whatever.
