Seriously paid full price yesterday after waiting months to purchase... Sometimes you can't win.

This is what I hate about the app store. The prices fluctuate too much and it's too easy to get screwed. They should be locked in at some point like Albums and Movies --- too much control to developers. Imagine if Apple allowed record companies to fluctuate their prices.
i was an early adopter of the apple tv and loved it for about a year...

but i have to say i haven't touched it in about 6-12 months. it is just so slow and buggy. i've been using the roku box now almost exclusively... between netflix and amazon it offers everything, if not more, than the itunes store. and it just works, which is a refreshing change from the apple tv.
Also wish they listed stations by name and not call letters but whatever.
HUGE improvement over the Public Radio 2.0 app -- will be making the switch. Still, streaming live on the NPR app isn't quite as good as the Public Radio 1.0 app. Find streaming to be kinda buggy. Location service was off by 100+ miles. Once they fix these small issues I'll be able to delete Public Radio 1.0 and 2.0.
ha, thank you! i had noticed missed calls but was wondering why i wasn't getting voicemails... checked my voicemail because of this post and it wasn't set up! re-activated it and all is well.
no kidding, i'll stick with beta while i can just for the tabs at the top. stupid apple. and i guess i will switch to chrome when it's released.
i like the spotlight screen but it would make more sense with a up or down swipe. obviously.
I kinda feel like the anti-tabs-on-top people are the vocal minority. I mean really, how many people are doing their web surfing on a tablet? You're using an input device that wasn't designed as the primary input device so you should be ready for hicups.

I disliked tabs on top on Chrome when it was first released but a month later loved it and longed for the same experience on Safari. I was definitely going to become a fulltime Chrome switcher when it was released for Mac just because of the tabs but now... I don't know.

Apple got Safari 4 right. Not a single complaint (and I can't say the same about the first 3 versions of Safari).
anyone who is savvy enough to put boxxe on apple tv and watch hulu is also savvy enough to know how to download shows via torrents...

i guess the content providers would rather make no money than some money.
gotta make one last buck...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
