Hmm, I guess I was on the lucky majority. I updated two Palm Pre's to 1.2 and works fine, sorry for your loss =)
Second on the PIM features. The primary reason I waited and waited for Palm's Pre was that I was hoping to enjoy the PIM functionality that all the old Palm OS had. I'm a Palm fanboy since the Palm 100, up until my last palm being the Palm T3 Tungsten. I was quite saddened that my Pre was closer to an iPhone than a Palm Classic. (yeah, yeah, I can install classic and enjoy my old classic stuff, but I just want something native that would do that...) Tell you the truth, the Blackberry is closer to the old Palms than the current Pre.

But here is hoping to new apps!
AVCHD might be billed as a consumer format but if you know what you are doing you are able to handle it's cons, that's why some of the Prosumers can't find any Lumix GH1 in stock... it has its pros and cons, but for the right user who knows what they are doing it is FAR from worthless.
another day another contest that I don't win =)
I need this keyboard to use in different languages, english, korean, japanese, hebrew, greek... all different =)
I don't need it but I want it it's so pretty.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
