I don't know if anyone has said thanks or offered up a round of applause and huzzahs for Endg doing this for all the loyal readers. Win (never), lose (always), or draw (same as losing) I am having fun doing it and appreciate the Endg staff for giving away nifty stuff.
I can finally replace my TRS80 !!!!!
A good place to store all my weather data that I am generating at www.weatherbuzz.net .
Ok guys....no prose or prophetic metaphysics on this one. I need one. I have a project here at the university to do QTVR and no funding. All I have is an old digital camera and junk tripod. I not only need but I want one !!!!! Please ?
The thoughts and images of my existence all scattered as though blown by life's winds of haste collected in a place where but to touch them takes a brief moment giving the having of such a place true justification.
Ah Cronus, both my friend and enemy, giving me beginning yet slow and steady as the lofty peaks that grace this world, drag me to my finish, yet I comfort in knowing those stony goliaths are as well not immune to your constant pace, grant to me this small bauble that I may be reminded and observe the perfection of your passing.
Up with Speed\Capacity
Down with Price !!!!
Aaahhh Mnemosyne, bring to me your vessel of knowledge, implore your daughter muses fill the container with their gifts, implore Athena to allow what sacred wisdom I wish to place within and ban Hecate from her mischief that all would be safe.
A muse, a muse my soul cries for, oh sweet Hathor my essence yearns for your touch, your presence, please come to me and pour your sweet sounds to fill the dark and vapid corners of my existence immersing my body in the oasis of the daughters of Zeus that will push aside the greyness that looms around the cubicle of my life.
Yawn....back in the 90's if I remember right there was an underground racing society in California that raced electric shopping carts. The rider though stood behind and was not in the cart. They usually sported marshmallow air guns and stuff like that and were decorated and appropriately named. My favorite was "Humping Bunnies". As the driver sped up, some cams connected to the drive train would move 2 stuffed rabbits up and down in the familiar way.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
