I want co-op for story mode. The co-op for Saints Row 2 was a bit on the *meh* side, but co-op for RFG would be just right.
Sony needs to fire their PR people and their current CEO's and adopt a take on Atlus' business model towards localization, distribution and especially advertising and marketing of their games. +Especially Atlus' marketing methods+. I've bought more Atlus games in the past eight months than from any other of Sony's publishers. Atlus' marketing makes me want to buy games which were nowhere near my gaming radar - they put it out there, tease us during development & localization time - but most importantly they keep it out there and make gamers like me hungry for more.
Ouch - turrible is right. Only one of the missions was even remotely fun & that Tera Patrick avatar was absohideous. The EDF armored car and the A10 Thunderbolt ripoff were nice, though. Here's hoping they put out something more imaginative and fulfilling for DLC round 2.
Right now they have to be force-synced and we have to sign in with our PSN login data. It's better than not having this feature at all.
I think that putting your Wii in their hands is the best thing to do. Vomitting is optional.
I recommend not trusting either company, just buy their products if you enjoy them. Why do people feel the need to argue over corporate PR spin? Why do I feel the need to argue against people who feel said need? Bump this, I'm going to go play Valkyria Chronicles.
Unfortunately, Sony has adopted the practice of trying to attract new customers while ignoring their current ones. The PSP and the people who own it are being peed on. *looks up at sky and wipes wet shoulder*
I'm just worried that Square is more concerned about making the game pretty than they are about making it play well. I like a visually attractive game as much as the next gamer, but how long have they been working on this one in particular? We'll have the next generation of consoles before they release it at this rate of progress.
I'm telling you, it's the g***amn boombox division. When was the last time you saw someone walking down the street with a Sony boombox on their shoulder?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
