BlackBerry Desktop Manager for Mac now available, we go hands-on {Engadget Mobile}

Oct 2nd 2009 6:47PM I guess I must be one of the few people with a problem syncing my contacts... I get an error every time. Blackberry Curve, OS 10.5.8, not quite sure of the issue here. Between this official release and the one that leaked earlier in September my issue with duplicated contacts was resolved (fortunately because I was unable to manually delete the duplicates), but I'm not sure how to fix the sync problem. Sigh.

BlackBerry Desktop Manager for Mac releasing October 2 {Engadget}

Sep 30th 2009 8:36AM I made the mistake of using the beta version to attempt a sync with my iMac (10.5.8). The sync experienced an error and now I have duplicate address book entries that I cannot delete from my blackberry nor can I delete by attempting to resync. I hope that I can remedy my situation with the official release.

Win a copy of Snow Leopard from TUAW {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Aug 28th 2009 10:16PM Well, where do I start? I suppose the first time I actually USED the Macintosh OS is a time in the far, far past, when I was a wee lad in grade school. Oh boy, it must have been the early version of System 7. One thing I remember is battle chess. Those were the days. However, at the time, I was merely a child; the first version I owned (coincidentally on my very first Apple computer) was 9.0. It came on my G3 iMac. Since then, I upgraded the OS through X until my G3 just couldn't handle much more and have faithfully updated through every version except 10.1 (Puma).

Jul 30th 2009 7:00PM To be honest I might be tempted to get this and sell it to buy groceries for a starving family in remote parts of the undeveloped world.

Or maybe not.
