Nov 29th 2007 10:09AM taking down an unarmed guy with a taser should only be ok when he threatens other people BUT NOT THE COPS ! - they have been trained, they should be skilled, its their job, and besides .. if the suspect injures an officer / resists arrest there allready is a punishment for that.
