Now live... downloading version 9 right now. Took a couple of refreshes on the linked page...
Do want sooo badly... Favorite pet name = Prissy.
Since the software has know way of knowing what the RPM of your engine or wheels might be, there are too many unknowns in the equation to find horsepower.

Even if you could calibrate it by tire circumference, like a bicycle computer, there's no way for the software to know what gear you are in...

I don't see this ever accurately giving a HP value.

The G's are what's fun. I'd have bought it just for that feature alone!
Can this be used on dock icons/folders as well?
Do not want.

This sucks. I really enjoyed using the desktop version of igoogle on my iphone. I could scroll around and double tap my way to ecstacy. This new iphone specific version fails horribly. (for my preferences at least.)

Is there a way to force igoogle to load the desktop version as default?

Any chance I'll be able to purchase ringtones that AREN'T music based. Little annoys me more than being forced to listen to someone elses awful taste in music when a phone rigns in public. I fully realize that my musical preferences may not be shared by many, and therefore choose to be considerate regarding my level of audible obnoxiousness.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
