A new headset would be very much appreciated!
redsnakehead, that's such a fucking terrible argument. You can't feasibly go to war and do the things you can do in CoD4, that's why it's an enthralling video game. With band games, however, you can very feasibly learn to do the things that you're pretending to do in the game, for no more time or money than you already would spend on the video game. That's why it's illogical, it's like playing a game based on, like, making a ham sandwich. Why not just go to the fridge and make one yourself?
I seriously doubt you've done the properly quantitative research to make that judgment. They put out a huge amount of material and some of it sucks, some of it is great. For instance, they did a very good spoof of a Minesweeper movie trailer. Also, a lot of Jake and Amir's bits are funny. This is alright, better if you're a WoW player but still fine. Don't be such a little bitch.
True, album sales don't translate into quality, but pretty much unanimous critical reception and one of the biggest, most enduring fanbases of people from all walks of life sort of do. Of course, this whole thing is irrelevant, most people who say they hate The Beatles have only heard like "I Wanna Hold Your Hand" and "Yellow Submarine" and base their judgments off that - the same type of people who aren't to be persuaded by argument, so I'm not sure why I'm typing this.
Or about half of any book by Ayn Rand.
When will TVSquad get rid of Danny Gallagher? Seriously, no offense to him, but he writes like a high schooler. Most of the other writers on this site are pretty good which just makes Danny's lack of writing ability that much more apparent.
You get the feeling from this that whoever made the list only has a vague concept of what video games are. Mythbusters? Really?
Steven Wright didn't invent deadpan humor. Nor did he invent one-liners. He borrowed them from someone else who borrowed them from someone else. All this Demetri Martin bashing is about as valid as accusing Wayne Brady of plagiarizing Richard Pryor just because they're both black comedians.
Tennant deserves to be a star here in America - most Americans only recognize him as that one guy who was in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. His talent attracted a whole new audience of young people to the Doctor Who series (even if this is to the disdain of Old DW fans) and he's wonderful.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
