Well ... one more reason the iPhone sucks. Above you see how it looks like when an iPhone makes a video ... and here's how it looks with a proper camera: www.vimeo.com/5622672
Just put the knife AND toothpaste in your bag. The airport trolls^W^W^W^W securiy personnel will take the toothpaste and forget about the victorinox. Happened to me 2 weeks ago.

Oh, and you can still put it in your normal luggage.
I wouldn't be caught dead with one of those watching a movie. Although I have several for FPV flight (immersive R/C flying). Stuff like that: http://www.vimeo.com/1987802
Sanyo's Xacti line is one of the best handheld camcorders in their price range. Take a look at the HD1010 or HD700 ... amazing cameras, great formfactor, incredible feature set. I own a Xacti HD2 and would donate my left foot to charity for a HD1010!
Can't wait until someone comes out with a robot that does this in 0.05 seconds
This thing is so sexy, I'd even buy it if it had no engine at all and would require me to push it around town.
Ever heard of people that are COLOR BLIND?
Yeah. The papers and internets are full of people standing in line for 2mp phones....
WHAT? I thought 2mp was state-of-the-art?!
Sorry, but you got it wrong (but probably you're looking at it from a fan-boy perspective, so you are excused). Apple makes good products, but they cut off one big factor with the all the i-Stuff: the creative individual.

Maybe ... just maybe ... they will realize that if they stiffle and cripple their devices, other competitors who don't will get the best of both worlds. Who would buy a 2nd gen iPhone when you can get a much better hardware with virtually the same design and UI from windows? Why would you want to bother to mess around with one browser when you can install half a dozen on the winmo? Why would you want to use "iPhone Mail" when you have the whole suite of e-mail tools available?

Microsoft isn't exactly what you could call "open" or "open source" - but they're doing a MUCH better job at it than Apple.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"For a long time I have been searching for a portable device where I can store all of my CDs in MP3 format and stream the songs wirelessly to my HiFi system. The portable device must I've tried FM transmitters, they all suck. I don't want a docking station. Any help? Thanks!" have a display so that I easily can scroll through the playlists (I don't want to use a TV or monitor). I suppose that there must also be a second device that is connected to the HiFi system that would receive the wireless streams from the portable device.
