Too bad the frame around the TV is not capable of displaying TRUE BLACK. What is up with that dual colored frame? That is distracting as hell when looking at the TV screen. What idiot decided to frame this TV with black and grey to make the TV frame look unbalanced? It totally distracts...
I'm looking to replace my Z555 HP Media Center that literally bust out in flames last night! The OMS CX100 by Okoro Media is a much better deal for around $1700 and it comes with a Cable Card tuner already built in. With a Cable Card tuner, the Velocity Micro PC costs about $500 more at around $2,350. A Media Center PC should not cost more than $1500-$1700, especially given the fact that it will be outdated and you will be likely replacing t in 3-4 years.

I have been reading this blog for over an year and this is the first time I was so repulsed by something that I wanted to comment on it. This thing is hideous! Has Knight Industries moved to the Ghetto? What an ugly piece of crap of a car that is. Just parking that ugly monstrosity with the antler in the back is enough to single handedly bring down property values in the entire neighborhood. What next? Those tacky chrome spinning wheels? Maybe they can also give Michael one of those Nextel phones so he can feel importantant as the car is definitely trying to compensate for something! Yuck. They've destroyed Kitt. Or more like raped kitt and whored it out to Ford. Volvo owns Ford. Why not a cool Volvo C70? Anything but this piece of garbage.
I actually consider a functional tactile keyboard a bit more than a "moving part." For those who think the iphone is some miracle, most Pocket PC phones have had the same capabilities for years. It is just the user interface that needs improving and hopefully this aspect will be addressed soon. I'd never consider purchasing a primary phone without a slide out keyboard.

If you want to pay $100 more for a proprietary locked down piece of hardware so you can buy more products and services from apple, go for it!

I've been waiting for this phone for a while and I'd rather invest that $100 for 4 GB of Flash memory. Especially if you are a business user, the feature set of the iPhone is no match for that of Windows Mobile 6 and all the third party applications that are available.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
