They should make something like this with individual screens for each key instead of just changing light. You could have keys change cases, display shortcuts, etc.
Someone want to explain how a light gun will work on a 2.5 screen?
Aren't the mice rushing to the sea, not to the shore? I mean, unless you consider the wire end of the mouse the back, which is kinda dumb IMO.
I find it hilarious that Sony bashes Nintendo for third party games, then throws out a list of 3rd party games for the PSP - of which the DS already has an equivalent game for every one of them.

Rock Band Unplugged - Guitar Hero on Tour
Assassin's Creed - Assassin's Creed - Altair's Chronicles
Dissidia Final Fantasy - Multiple DS versions of Final Fantasy
Hannah Montana - Hannah Montana for DS

Not to mention most of these have been out over a year already for DS, and are "upcoming" for the PSP.
Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if this thing was fairly easy to steer/stop. Sure, steering a 4000lb car with 8-10 inch wide tires is going to suck, but this is barely 1000 pounds, and with those tiny wheels, there's not much scrub either. Same with braking, you're trying to stop 4x less weight.

It's going to be worse than a car with power steering and brakes, but not by much.
Pretty sure that room for making out in this is a non-issue.
Pintsize has really let himself go...
I don't think this a li-ion battery, this is a li-po (lithium polymer). IIRC, li-ion is 3.3 volts per cell nominal, and li-po is 3.7 (see the 3.7 on the battery). Judging by the size, that would be about 1000mah, not 32800. For the most part, lipos of the same capacity are the same size, it doesnt vary much by manufacturer. I have a pair of 4400mah batteries that are both massive compared to this.
Actually, most of the RC pilots that hover the planes like this are using gyros to do a lot of the work for them. I'm pretty sure some of the gyros will even hold it in a steady hover for you if you let go of the sticks.
I think he meant dual link, as in the DVI connection. I'm not sure about this monitor, but the IBM T221 needed 2 dual link DVI inputs. Single link can only handle 1920x1200 IIRC, and since this has 4x the data, it needs 4 inputs. I'm curious as to how this monitor runs off a single dual-link DVI, if you tried doing that with the T221, the refresh rate dropped to a dismal 25hz.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
