Umm, I just replied to myself with a different name. for some reason. Then got an email saying JoeSko replied to my comment...WTF blogsmith?
I think I'm gonna get me some Blueberry pancakes....Edge is back, alive and kickin' in Elk Grove, IL!
Haha...I thought the same thing. I was like did I pay my bill? I know I did...I was trying to check while driving to work. But then I realized, "NO EDGE!"

Curses...They fooled ME Jerry. Or is it, They FOOLED me Jerry.

Ah well.
Edge is Dead baby...Edge is DEAD.

Seriously though...NWBurbs of Chicago, IL here...and since I woke up this morning, "Could not activate Edge" has been the theme so far for my iPhone.

Damn you AT&T!
I absolutely MUST HAVE ONE!

Anyone who's interested, here's a complete gallery of this rad concept:

@OneAboveAll:

LMAO...That was good. Kudos my friend.

Anyways, anyone who thinks this kid should get rewarded with a job is a malcontent...Honestly, what if someone would have been killed? Still think the same then? What if the person killed was your wife or significant other?

You'd want the kid tried as an adult and hung. Let's get real people. He stepped way over the line and was EXTREMELY lucky that no one was seriously hurt.

Good luck with the trains in juvie...hahaha.
@JTM:

I do realize that, but what I'm saying is...I don't want to have a bunch of Blu-Ray discs and then have to buy HD-DVD, because they ended up winning...To get the other movies I want. It's pure foolishness and serves no purpose other then to drive most consumers to sit on the fence and just wait the damn thing out.

Especially because the difference in quality between an upscaled DVD and HD-DVD/Blu-Ray is not that noticeably different to warrant a double the price purchase of the same movie.

By the way, thanks for the link, but there are no movies on the list, its completely blank?
I hate this war. I hate the people that continue to make it happen and I absolutely hate all the fanboys on both sides making idiotic statement after idiotic statement that continues the war more and more.

I don't understand people. Why the F!$% would you support a format that is 100% proven to be of A LOT LESS storage, therefore, the inferior format?

I just don't get it at all. Blu-Ray is better, that's the truth...What the hell is so hard to understand about this? Why do people continue to fight for a format because of Sony, or Toshiba, or whatever. F^&* THAT! It's so immature and just pisses me off more and more.

I've had a PS3 since the day it came out...I love Blu-Ray and would love to start buying movies. But because of this stupid "War," I still haven't bought a single disc. Because I will not be stuck with a million Blu-Rays only to find out that I have to buy an HD-DVD player at some point too.

And as everyone has said. By the time this is all said and done. Digital downloads will be the way to go, making this whole lame war a complete waste of everyone's time and money.
@Otniel:
You do realize that you basically admitted in paying over $130 to own and watch 1 HD-DVD movie. If you invested in HD-DVD soley for Transformers...that is the true definition of FAIL.

Anyways, don't take out your frustrations on me, I'm just speaking the truth. And btw, I already have my Dualshock 3 and its a beautiful thing. If only Sony would have admitted defeat and payed up in the beginning...Oh well, its here now and I'm loving it.
@Lamerz:
Don't get me wrong, yes the Xbox360 has a better collection of games, currently...But that's all changing with almost all games coming out for both systems. And believe me when I tell you, I'm one of the biggest Gears of Wars freaks out there, but Uncharted:Drake's Fortune OWNS that game. It does everything GOW can do, but adds so much more. Add to the fact Rumble is back, yes I already have my Dualshock 3...and that there's no such thing as RROD on a PS3(My first Xbox360 fell victim to that bs, I'm on my second one now)...The PS3 is a WAAAAYYY better investment. But do know, I own both, cause there will always be exclusives.

@Mogg:
Why, because people always complain when they have no one to blame but themselves. If people adopted early, guess what, too bad. Just like those annoying iphone babies that bitched about the price-drop. I never got any money back for adopting early on the PS3, then it had a massive price drop. Did I ever bitch? No, that's the risk you take in being the first to own "the next best thing."
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
