People, spread the word about this abomination. Facebook, twitter, anything. Anything to prevent the public unknowingly supporting this piece of garbage by watching it in the theaters.
WTF?

What's wrong with this trailer?
1. I didn't recognize ANY of the characters in it as a character from the KOF games. Not even a single signature costume.
2. I didn't see ANY signature moves that would identify the characters
3. I saw swords... WTF? Is this Samurai Showdown?
4. No signature music, announcer, etc. Heck, not even a good logo. If they have the license, the least they could've done is utilize the source material.

This movie FAIL on so many levels. KOF already have a rich story (eg. the orochi arc, NEST arc), rich characters with very detailed background (just read/find any KOF fanfic/comic), yet they still manage to screw it all up. I still want to see how they're going to pass the dude for Kyo. Oh wait, it's an "alternate dimension," where a 27-yr-old Texan can pass as a Japanese high school student.
@Eternity Exactly. The less than mild competition from AMD is also part of the reason we're not seeing aggressive pricing.
The PC Watch link has a huge intel roadmap from 2005 till 2010.

Still waiting for a $400 i7 PC.
How is that going to work? It's like a solution looking for a problem.
Transferring music from regular iPods (except iPod Touch and iPhones) back to your computer is extremely simple as iPods are recognized as simply USB mass storage device. The only challenge is that the folders are hidden (easily worked around by enabling "show hidden files/folders") and the filenames are gibberish, but all the ID3 tags are intact. So simply drag-n-dropping them back to iTunes will do it. Not so easy on iPod Touch/iPhone, although there are plenty of utilities to do it.

Yeah, it would be even easier with pure UMS device players, however, I have yet to find a pure UMS device player to have the ability to keep track of ratings, play counts, and last played that can be sync with a live-updating smart playlist.

As for the Zune, it's useless outside Windows. The point is I can connect my iPod to a linux box and simply copy back the songs. Cannot do that with a Zune.
Well, the fact that our justice system allow this guy to do what he's doing is the real problem. Shouting profanity and threats to this guy won't change a thing. In fact, this guy is smart the fact that he plays the game and can potentially reap some big dough.
To me, those are not hot at all. The 360 deal would've been hotter if Gamestop includes an HDMI cable and the wifi n adapter. The "3 game" deal is fake as 2 of them are already bundled from Microsoft (so you're only getting an extra 1 game). On the PS3 side, it would've been hotter if they added an extra controller and HDMI cable.

Really, this year's black friday deals sux. I'm seeing retailers putting stuff at MSRP as black Friday "deals."
Handbrake is an awesome piece of software. On this new version, can it automatically detect if a video need detelecine and/or deinterlacing? I hate it when I spent hours encoding a video, and in the end I found out it needs to be detelecined/deinterlaced. Nero Recode seems to be able to identify this before encoding. I hope the Handbrake team can do this too.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
