Indian political party trades TVs for votes; free HDTV campaign in 2008? {Engadget}

Dec 29th 2006 10:46AM lol... Ah, India. Making the news again for all the right reasons. :-)

BTW, I'm Indian. Born and raised. And too jaded by this stuff to do anything other than smile now. :-)

Apple faked files in Steve Jobs stock options scandal {Engadget}

Dec 28th 2006 1:44PM Care to tell why? And remember, if you don't, then you're just another anti-Apple fanboy.

So, what'd you get? {Engadget}

Dec 25th 2006 12:43PM Hey Ryan,

I wanna read about what you guys got, both from each other and your families (but more about each-other-gifts ;-) ).

LG UP3Flat old-school shuffle knock {Engadget}

Dec 18th 2006 9:08AM True. And yes, Indians are by default taught British English in school, but that does not mean that everybody learns it. I, for example, learnt both British and American and can speak both properly. I have many friends in the US and there's never an accent problem.

Blu-ray / HD DVD stalemate boosting interest in combo player? {Engadget}

Dec 16th 2006 2:44PM Well duh... They couldn't have expected either to take off like wildfire at their current rates. Big surprise that it's a stalemate! :-P

Anyway, it's good that they're both relatively sucking. Seriously better chances for a combo player. Imagine... PS3 and XBox 360 in one (somewhat)! ;-)

Caption contest: Robots, and our children who will serve them {Engadget}

Dec 15th 2006 12:21PM Umm, Thomas, Google Translate for your comment gives me this:

"If you look at the robot here, gives our minds to us the joint sandwich of the finger is obtained"

WTF?
