i don't see any problem with non english speaking people playing the game on english realms. but to start talking in your own language in public channels is annoying once it becomes a bigger part of the things you see. the same with forums, it is busy enough already. if you can skip a certain portion because you cant read it its annyoing. the game has a standard language and if you want to communicate about it on the official places then stick with that language.
first off can someone delete the goldfarmers ads?

thats is also one of the issues with this, sure if it works out no more gold selling on ebay. but the big companies already sell from their own sites anyway. and ebay has been doing this before from time to time, but it never works out over the long time.
indeed, that comment can only be applied to the subscriber american numbers. it might be true for other areas, but that is not where walmart is selling it.

i agree that many current subscribers will buy the expansion, 75% isn't odd in my opinion. but there are indeed also plenty of people who have quit in the past and will buy the expansion to start again.
indeed, no doubts they will reach 10 mil. many people have left and certainly enough will check the expansion out, the question is how many will stay before quiting again. we will see, we will see.
haha, that wtf folder has always been there i believe. at least somewhere in the wow folder.

still these errors in the patch notes still annoy me greatly. it shows blizzard can't document their patches right, not even after two years. thats really sad and doesn't show a lot of promise for the future.
its always nice to see people make remarks on how simple something should be without knowing the exact issues. if it was simple then there would be no reason for blizzard to not do it. it makes perfect sense that overhauling the whole current world that was never build taking into account flying mounts is a huge task, most likely not worth the effort.
remains interesting to see people jump on every idiotic date released by the online stores (who are known to make them up for pre-orders and move them forward every few moneths) and being so sure it would be then. and when blizzard releases an exact date for the first time then it's of course met with a huge ammount of skepticism.

there are some funny people around.
bad idea, been suggest in my mmorpgs and every time to majority doesn't like it. there is no reason for people to have to show what they are playing.
that joke is so freaking old, basicly comes from the prime usenet days. with a little extra.
"But rarity, it seems, is only worth what people are willing to pay for it."

well duh, of course something is only worth what people are willing to pay for it. it's not because its purple that suddenly it is worth an insane price, it has to be worth its price.

the whole its purple so i can ask insane prices always bothered me. you still have to judge its worth based on the stats.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
