Since I'm close to being laid off a touch would really be welcomed right about now!
I was thinking the same thing.

If the Elephant went around by itself backing up to urinals to clean them, then yeah, it would be a robot. This? Just a glorified steam cleaner.

Unless something really intense is happening at the ass end of the blue beast. Like, lasers and stuff.
Hey Apple, as long as you're "open to new ways of selling the iPhone" how about letting your Authorized Campus Resellers having a crack at it? We'd really like to stock them along side the iPods and copies of Logic Pro Studio.
My current watch is a Casio Oceanus 700. It's a cool watch, but this one is cooler!
As the owner of the behemoth 38" CRT Loewe Aconda, I can attest to their quality. I'm pretty sure they're no long selling in the States, though.
It will be replacing a Citizen's Navisurf that I got off Ebay. The Navisurf is like the Navihawk, but without the crazy slide rule built in.
Wii!!!!!!!

The PS3 might happen too, but not for a while.
Boeing's Phantom Works are also working on a blended wing design, and are about to start testing some large scale models.

"The prototypes were produced to explore and validate the structural, aerodynamic and operational advantages of the BWB concept and were designated X-48B by the U.S. Air Force based on its interest in the design's potential as a future military aircraft. The X-48B's three turbojet engines will allow the 500-pound, composite-skinned, 21-foot wingspan prototype to fly up to 120 knots and 10,000 feet in altitude during flight testing."

So, wait...

Why is she wearing the display helmet AND sitting in front of a TV?
No cableCARD yet.

My roommate does HT installations, and he had a hell of a time getting a cableCARD to work on one of his customer's system.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
