You can't attach anything to a laser beam, let alone a shark, but you can attach lasers. Patent infringing lasers!

Wow, it plays Crysis at medium quality at almost 60 frames per second at half-HD resolution. Seriously, needs more power.

Remember infringement is based on the idea of if the average consumer will mistake and confuse two competing products due to specific design or features enough that the product originating said design or feature is adversely affected by such general confusion. I'd say thats pretty much the case here, but I'm not a lawyer nor do I play one on TV.
